1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ViglaFort ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

ViglaFort is an access management platform that helps organizations see who has access to their SaaS tools, revoke access when employees leave, and maintain compliance. The Service is currently in beta.

3. Beta Program

During the beta period, the Service is provided free of charge. Beta features may change, be removed, or have limited availability. We will provide reasonable notice before transitioning to paid plans.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the Service

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. We do not claim ownership of any data you provide or that we collect through connected integrations. We use your data solely to provide and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, especially during the beta period. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of scheduled maintenance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViglaFort shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days unless retention is required by law. You may export your data before terminating your account.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
