What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export everything before you leave — your full access inventory, audit logs, and compliance reports. We keep your data for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind, then delete it permanently.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No penalties, no friction.
Is there a startup or nonprofit discount?
Yes. If you're a pre-revenue startup (under $500K ARR) or a registered nonprofit, reach out and we'll extend 50% off indefinitely. We genuinely want to make this accessible.

Do you charge per user or per integration?

What counts as a 'team member'?
Any person you manage access for — employees, contractors, part-timers. Not ViglaFort users, but the people whose access you're tracking. So even if only 2 people use ViglaFort, you can manage 100 team members on the Growth plan.
